Secret #1 : You are not yourself.
Whatever that is in your mind, whatever you are thinking, is not your true self.
All that you know of, are an accumulation of what you saw and learned.
These are the concept and belief system that define and holding you.
Once you figure out you can be a new you, once you figure out that you can do 360degree change at a flick of a mindset and become something else, you will be free of yourself.
Because you are not truly you.
What we defined as us, is just the Ego of us.
You can be totally be something else. All it takes is 1 second of thoughts. For example, try to get up now from your computer, take a drive to the beach for a swim, immediately.
We can actually do it now, but we won’t.
But if we do take any action immediately that isn’t our character, we have become a new us.
Secret #2 : Know that everything in the world are made of atoms and are constantly changing forward.
Every part of you, your thoughts, your body and your surrounding are constantly changing with the accumulation of new atoms that stick together to make new things and new events.
It is only because of this, you can change for the better.
Nothing is permanent.
Why stick to what your know now?
Keep learning and do new things and don’t regret because events changes forward.
Nothing changes backwards.
Secret #3 : Don’t use your 5 senses to interact with the world.
All our lives, we were born to see the results of others, We heard what other told us it can be done or not be done, We speak and react to what other says.
Our eyes, ears, mouth, nose, touch are the boundaries that is caging us.
Don’t react to what you see, don’t react to what you heard, don’t react with words to anyone.
Find your own inner peace and ignore the world around you.
Once you get this three concept, your life will change drastically.
